Public Hearing – ADU Bylaws

The New Ashford Planning Board will hold a public hearing under MGL Chap 40A, sec 5 and 11, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 7:30PM at the New Ashford Town Hall, 188 Mallery Rd, New Ashford, to review proposed amendments to the zoning bylaws pertaining to Accessory Dwelling Units, to be voted on at the Annual Town Meeting.  Interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.  The proposed amendments:  ADU Bylaws
